[선데이뉴스신문=이종록 기자] 한미동맹글로벌코리언총연대, 국가원로회, 부정선거척결어머니총연합, 공명총, 구국총연맹, 이하 4.15 부정선거 진상규명 20개 시민단체 일동은 6월 1일(월) 오전 국회 정문 앞에서 한미상호방위조약에근거한 4.15 부정선거 진상규명을 위한 국제조사단 파견요청 성명서 발표 기자회견 했다.

A statement to the White House
: We request the dispatch of an international investigation team to Korea to investigate the truth about the April 15 rigged election, based on Mutual Defense Treaty Between the Republic of Korea and the United States of America

주최측은 성명서 발표 기자회견에서 먼저 트럼프 대통령과 멜라니아 여사 그리고 그 가족의 건강을 위해 기도드리고 미국의 번영과 트럼프 대통령 각하의 재선을 위해 간절히 기도드립니다. 우리는 대한민국의 자유와 법치 회복을 지향하고 국가의 안위를 걱정하는 시민단체들 연합입니다. 본 성명에서, 우리는 우리의 동맹국 미국이, 한미상호방위조약에 근거하여, 이번 대한민국 4월 15일 한국에서 있던 총선거에 중공이 은밀하게 개입하여 대한민국의 정치적 독립을 심대하게 침해하였다는 의혹을 밝혀 주기를 요청한다고 밝혔다.

First of all, I pray for the health of President Trump, Mrs. Melania and her family, and earnestly pray for the prosperity of the United States and for the reelection of President Trump. We are a coalition of civic groups that aim to restore the freedom and rule of law of the Republic of Korea and are concerned about national security. In this statement, we ask our ally, the United States, to shed light on suspicions that the Republic of Korea's political independence was seriously violated by the Chinese government's covert intervention in the April 15 general elections in Korea, based on Mutual Defense Treaty Between the Republic of Korea and the United States of America.

이어 한미상호방위조약의 제2조에 따르면, 당사국 중 어느 한 나라의 정치적 독립 또는 안전이 외부로부터의 무력 공격에 의하여 위협을 받고 있다고, 둘 중 어느 한 당사국, 즉, 미국이든 한국이든 어느 한 국가가 인정할 때에는 언제든지 두 당사국은 서로 협의한다고 되어있습니다. 이 조약에 근거하여 불 때, 문재인은 미국과 ‘협의할 당사자’가 아닙니다. 오히려 미국은 문재인을 북한 간첩으로 즉각 체포해야 합니다. 그는 2017년 5월9일 부정선거로 당선되어, 재임기간 내내 대한민국 헌법을 위반하며 온갖 반역죄를 저질러왔고, 올해 4.15 총선의 진짜 주범이라는 의심을 받고 있으므로, 이 사기선거에 대해 미국과 협의할 자격이 없습니다. 이번 4.15 총선에서 여러 불법 증거들에 추가로, 중공군의 정치적 침략으로 의심되는 “follow the party” 라는 해커의 지문도 확인되었습니다. 이는 21세기 디지털 시대에 있어서 전산조직을 자기나라와 그 동맹국에게 유리한 방식으로 조작하여 대한민국 국가 체제를 ‘합법을 가장하여’ 전복시키려는 “외부(로 부터의) 무력공격”으로 사료 되는 바, 이 때문에 현재 대한민국의 국가체제가 절체절명의 위협을 받고 있는 것이라고 주장했다.

According to Article 2 of the Korea-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, whenever the political independence or security of one of the two parties is threatened by an external attack, the two parties should consult with each other. However, based on this ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, Moon Jae-in is not ‘party to consult with’ the United States, the United States should immediately arrest him as a North Korean spy, who was elected in a rigged presidential election on May 9, 2017, and has committed only treason in violation of the Korea Constitution throughout his tenure, and moreover is suspected of being the real ‘main culprit’ in this year’s April 15 general election, so he is not entitled to consult with the United States about this fraud drama. In addition to various illegal evidence in the April 15 general elections, a hacker‘s cipher ‘FOLLOW THE PARTY’, has also been identified, which is  suspected of political ‘cyber’ aggression by the China. This must be a new way of attacking in the 21st century's digital age. This is regarded as an "external armed attack" that attempts to overthrow the Korean national system under the guise of "legitimate elections" by manipulating the computer system in favor of China and its ally, North Korea, which must be a new way of attacking in cyber age. And this is why the Korean national system is now threatened with desperation.

아울러 따라서 우리는 미국에게 다음사항들을 간곡히 요청합니다. 미국은 4.15 부정선거의 진상규명을 낱낱이 조사하기 위한 국제 조사단을 대한민국에 파견하여 주십시오. 그리고, 북한 간첩 문재인을 즉각 체포하고 대한민국 체제 전복을 노리는 공산주의 세력을 모두 소탕해 주실 것을 마음깊이 간청드립니다. 한미상호방위조약 제2조에서 규정한 “무력공격” 이라는 용어의 해석은 단순히 재래식 무기에 의한 가시적 공격만은 아닙니다. 무력공격에 대한 현대적 의미의 해석은 사이버 공격까지 확장되어야 합니다. 그 사실적 근거는 이미 북한을 비롯한 세계 각국의 군대 조직에는 전자전을 위해 해커부대가 편성되어 있다는 것이고, 따라서 요즘은 전자공격도 무력공격과 동일 한 것으로 취급되고 있습니다. 자유 민주 법치국가에서 선거는 정치적 독립을 보장하는 근원입니다. 그런데 이번 4.15 국회의원 선거에서 사용된 전자개표시스템은 대한민국의 독립성을 침해하는 도구로 교묘하게 이용되었습니다. 전자개표기계로 그들이 모종의 사전 전산조작을 했고, 또한 전자개표시스템에서 중공의 화웨이 장비가 사용되었으며 이 일에 중국인 해커가 개입되었다는 증거와 수많은 의혹이 제기되고 있습니다. 따라서 우리는 미국에게 즉각 부정선거 국제조사단을 파견 해 주실 것을 다시한번 강력히 요청한다고 전했다.

Therefore, we sincerely ask the United States for the followings. The United States needs to dispatch an international investigation team to Korea to investigate the truth about the April 15 rigged election, and immediately arrest North Korea spy, Moon Jae-In. Then, we earnestly request that the United States should wipe out all communist forces, aiming to overthrow the Republic of Korea. The interpretation of the term "force attack" in Article 2 in Mutual Defense Treaty is not just a visible attack by conventional weapons. Modern interpretations of armed attacks should extend to cyberattacks. The fact is that military organizations around the world, including North Korea, already have hacker units for electronic warfare, and these days, electronic attacks are considered the same as armed attacks. In a free, democratic, rule of law, elections are the source of ensuring political independence. However, the electronic ballot counting system, which was used in the April 15 parliamentary elections, was cleverly used as a tool to violate Korea's independence. Evidence and numerous suspicions have been raised that they did some sort of pre-computerization with electronic ballot counting machines, and that Chinese hackers were involved in the electronic ballot counting system. Therefore, we again strongly urge the United States to immediately dispatch an international investigation team for election fraud.

또 미국이 한국의 부정선거를 조사하고 이에 대응한 행동을 전개하는 것은 한미상호방위조약에 근거한 당연한 조치이며, 결코 한국에 대한 내정간섭이 아닙니다. 존경하는 트럼프대통령 각하 오늘도 세계의 자유와 평화를 위해 헌신하는 강한 용사 트럼프 대통령님께 감사와 경의를 표합니다. 지난 70년간 미국의 변함없는 우정과 한미동맹의 보호가 있었기에 그나마 대한민국의 자유가 지켜지고 있습니다. 우리 태극기 자유애국시민은 온몸으로 트럼프 대통령께 다시 한번 감사드리며, 반드시 재선에 성공하실 것을 기도하고 응원한다고 설명했다.

             
The U.S. investigation of Korea's election fraud and action in response to it, is a natural measure, which is based on the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, and it is never an intervention in domestic affairs in Korea.

We really thank and respect you for your dedication to the freedom and peace of the world today.

Thanks to the fact that there has been constant U.S. friendship and protection of the Korea-U.S. for the past 70 years, freedom of the Republic of Korea has been protected.

We, patriotic citizens who love our national flag, Taegeuk-gi, and who loves freedom and peace, are giving thanks to President Trump with all our hearts.

And we pray for you and cheer for you to be re-elected.
